Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a detailed reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Technical Assessment
For defective units, our engineers will provide a remote diagnostic session to determine if the issue can be resolved with a replacement part or if a full return is necessary.
Package Your Device
Securely pack the printer in its original foam and box, including all accessories, tools, and manuals to prevent damage during transit.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the unit, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
